Who is responsible

NEEDYU is responsible for personal data handled on this website. For privacy matters or data-rights requests, email hello@needyu.ai.

Data and purposes

If you choose to join the first-access list, we may receive your name, email address and selected use context. In the team form, we may also receive your role and approximate team size. We use this information only to respond to your interest, organise the early-access selection and communicate steps that fit the context you provided.

• Without a configured form endpoint, the website opens your email app with a pre-filled message. Sending it remains your choice and the website does not store it.
• The website uses technical preferences to avoid repeating notices and the entry modal. To prevent duplicate submissions, the tab temporarily stores a random key and a cryptographic digest of the form; complete form fields are not stored in this browser storage.

Legal basis and retention

First-access communications rely on the consent you give in the form. We may retain a request for up to 12 months after the last contact, or longer when required by law.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. When direct registration is enabled, Amazon Web Services (AWS) processes the form and stores the request; Base44 CRM receives identification, contact, source and consent to organise follow-up; and Resend processes confirmation and internal NEEDYU notification emails. Complete answers remain in the request record and internal notification. These providers may process data outside Brazil under their terms and the mechanisms applicable to the operation. This consent covers responding to early-access interest, not campaigns from other brands.

Your rights

Under the LGPD, you may request confirmation, access, correction, anonymisation, blocking, deletion, portability where applicable, information about sharing and withdrawal of consent.
